How Kas-PC handles personal data on this website.
What data we process
When you phone or email us, we process the contact details and message content you send so we can answer your request (advice, demo, quote, support). If Google Analytics is enabled on this site, we may process technical data such as approximate location, device and page views to understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal data.
Why we process it
We process contact data to respond to enquiries and to perform pre-contractual or contractual steps for installation and support. Analytics data (when enabled) is used to improve the website. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in running and improving the business, and/or steps prior to entering a contract when you ask for a quote or demo.
Retention and sharing
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any related follow-up, then deleted or archived according to our internal retention rules and legal obligations. Analytics providers (if used) process data under their own terms as processors or independent controllers. We do not share your contact details with third parties for their marketing.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or data portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be). To exercise your rights, email info@kaspc.be.
